We have Strict Quality assurance system according to LRQA ISO 9001 : 2015 regulation.
We issue mill’s test and inspection certificate according to each standard rule as EN 10204 3.1 type.
7. WARRANTY
S.T. ENG.Co.,Ltd. guarantees towards the customer that for the period of one year of the products will duly function within the limits of the conditions of design and solely in terms of the quality of the material and skill. Products must be free from defects in workmanship and materials, resulting from improper usage application, improper installation, improper maintenance, repair modification and/or alterations.
S.T. ENG.Co.,Ltd. shall cause the defective products to be repaired, replaced with substantially identical products or accept the return of a defective product and refund the purchasing price to the original purchaser.
S.T. ENG.Co.,Ltd. shall bear all normal surface transportation costs to the original purchaser but shall in no event bear any installation, engineering or other costs incurred in connection with repair or replacement.
8. Order
You can mix any items mentioned as above and we will ship on time.
9. Payment
We'd like T/T. In case of L/C, we accept at sight. Normal payment is T/T and D/P This method is convenient to both party. Contract done by receiving purchase order sheets through fax or e-mail and send original by mail. Nowadays only few customers are using L/C and all of rest customers are dealing as T/T or D/P with us. You can save time and cost if you deal as D/P or T/T with us.
If we have done business for a long time, you can proceed payment agreement as 30 days from on board date.
10. Delivery
We used to ship as CFR & CIF destination ( shipping co's warehouse or container yards ) including insurance, DDC charge except custom broker charge, import duty. Custom broker and import duty is at client's account.

We'd like to send you a quality manual and catalogues by courier if you want.
